Eligibility
Eligible Roomza partner hotels can participate in the Roomza Data Network through their hotel account. Participation depends on your agreement and data rights. Where available, you can review usage categories, manage participation, and turn future licensing off from your dashboard.

How earnings are calculated
Your earnings are based on actual consumption of your room records. If a licensed dataset includes your rooms, or if your rooms are queried through the API, that usage is recorded. Each quarter, Roomza calculates your share based on usage volume, license category, data completeness, and approved modalities.
Real numbers will appear in your hotel-account dashboard once consumption begins. The earnings estimator below is in development.

Hotels with richer, more complete room data are more useful to buyers and may earn more when their records are consumed. Verified photos, updated condition scores, and accurate amenity data can increase your consumption share.
